All image sniffing, processing (such as WebP conversion), and downloading operations are performed locally within your browser. We do not have access to your browsing history, the images you download, or any other personal information.
2. Permissions and Their Usage
The Extension requires the following permissions to function:
- `downloads`: Used to save images to your local device or create ZIP archives.
- `activeTab` & `
- `storage`: Used to save your local preferences and settings (e.g., filter criteria, download format preferences).
- `contextMenus`: Used to provide "Download with Imaget" options when you right-click on an image or page.
3. Third-Party Services
The Extension does not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services. No data is shared with any third party.
4. Local Processing
All image processing, including:
- Extracting image URLs from DOM and Shadow DOM.
- Converting images to different formats (e.g., WebP) using browser APIs.
- Packaging multiple images into a ZIP file.
is done entirely on your computer. No images or data are uploaded to any server.
